This six week course allows you to learn the practical secrets of meditation and yoga.
Two six week courses:
Wednesday weekly course from 2nd September till 7th October 2020
Wednesday weekly course from 14th October till 18th November 2020
You learn about the deep and intimate connection between your breathing and the development of your personality and how to apply this knowledge. Create a healthy lifestyle through the powerful ancient techniques that you learn. This is a fully integrated form of yoga; it is a wonderful course for beginners and those looking to deepen their practical experience of yoga.
